<strong>priority occupation<\/strong> and meet federal and regional wage and work criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The employer, not the applicant, submits the <strong>community recommendation application<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If recommended, you may then apply to <strong>Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)<\/strong> for permanent residence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr and safety laws, and federal immigration regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be seeking to hire full-time, non-seasonal workers (30+ hours\/week).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be able and willing to support newcomer
