🛬 Sudbury RCIP and FCIP: Apply for Canadian PR Without LMIA

If you’re an international worker or Francophone looking to become a permanent resident in Canada, the Sudbury Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) and Francophone Community Immigration Pilot (FCIP) offer fast, direct pathways to permanent residency—no LMIA required.

These programs are operated by the City of Greater Sudbury’s Economic Development Division and funded by FedNor, the Greater Sudbury Development Corporation, and the City of Greater Sudbury itself.

🧭 What Are Sudbury RCIP and FCIP?

  • RCIP targets skilled workers in priority sectors who plan to settle in Sudbury. Applications are ranked using a points-based system.
  • FCIP targets Francophone workers and uses a first-come, first-served processing model.

Both programs allow successful applicants to apply for permanent residence and a LMIA-exempt work permit.
